Conscious Transformation is about changing your story so you can live a more joyful life. Using Resonance Repatterning, the Magui Block Method of family systems, One Brain Stress Diffusion, flower essences and other healing modalities, I help you transform limiting patterns into positive change so that you can align with your true intentions and desires.

I use kinesiology, or muscle testing, as a biofeedback system that gives us access to the wisdom of your body/mind/spirit system. Each session taps into the wisdom of your body to support your needs. Through muscle testing we are able to quickly get to the heart of any problem, understand it and transform it.

Everything is energy and has a frequency. Your thoughts, feelings, your sense of lack, your pain. When we are aligned with limiting beliefs and attitudes we are resonating at the frequency of our problems. We think about it, we worry about it, we focus on it, thus increasing the strength of our problems. Through this method you will be able to raise your frequency so you can attract what you truly want in your life. Your body carries all your life experiences from the moment you were conceived to present time. Some of these stories drive you toward life and achieving your potential, but some hold you back and take up space that you would rather have available for what is nourishing and growth producing. Some don’t even belong to you and many are out of conscious awareness. This method shines the light of truth on your limiting beliefs and patterns and brings them out of the dark.
